We are excited to host Pippa Callanan. Pippa is a deeply empathic and knowledgeable instructor with a solid grounding in both classical and natural horsemanship. Pippa follows methodology that is kind, respectful and grounded in classical principles, alongside contemporary understanding of horsemanship and ethology. Pippa is happy to share the breadth of her classical dressage knowledge with horses and riders of all disciplines and levels.

This is the 2nd of 3 clinics this year with Pippa Callanan.  Pippa Callanan is passionate about Philippe Karl and Nuno Oliveira’s understanding of French classical equitation. This means that her approach has a deep respect for the nature of the horse, with methods based on clear principles, and unwavering ethics. For her, the essence is to become a student of the horse, which means to strive to understand the causes of any difficulty by listening and taking seriously the word of the horse.

This is the last of the 3 clinics this year with Pippa Callanan.  Pippa Callanan's teaching style aims to promote autonomous, thoughtful riders who have a deeper sense of trust and connection with their horses, no matter what breed, level or background. For her, the essence is to become a student of the horse, which means to strive to understand the causes of any difficulty by listening and taking seriously the word of the horse. This demands a humility, sensitivity and discipline that becomes a way of life.
