Emotional Regulation Webinar

Join us this Thursday for a free webinar on emotional regulation as it pertains to ourselves and our horses.We will discuss important concepts pertaining to emotional regulation, such as growing our window of tolerance, building awareness, and developing acceptance. We will also explore strategies for developing our own and increasing our horses’ emotional regulation.
